William George Gerry passed away on September 14, 2022. He was born July 28, 1935 in Butte, MT. His parents were Swede and Elizabeth Gerry. He attended local school until the 9 ^th grade and later he joined the military, in which he served 3 years in Europe. He attend college after the military, and he held various jobs throughout his life as a miner (oiler) at the Berkley Pit, and other jobs to provide for his family. William was also a Little League Coach from 1970 to 1978.

He enjoyed doing carpentry, wood working, and working on cars as hobbies throughout his life. He was an avid walker and always had a dog by his side. He loved to read and working outside on the lawn. He was always quick with a joke and loved to make people laugh. He was always willing to give a hand to anyone who needed it, especially his family and also his friends. The thing he cherished the most was his family and children.

He was survived by his wife, (Joanne Gerry) and his children (William Joseph Gerry and daughter in law Bernie Gerry, Robert Gerry and Karen Grinnell, Pamela and Ernesto Franco, and Douglas Gerry). His grandchildren (William L. Gerry and Christopher Gerry). Brother, (Leroy Gerry), Brother-in-law, (Harold Mc Manamon). Preceded by: parents (Swede and Elizabeth Gerry), sister (Betty Joe Gerry).

A celebration of William's life will be held Saturday September 17, at 2:00PM at the East Side Athletic Club. Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of the Rockies.
