Mrs. Vida Mae Abraham passed away on October 13, 2024, in Butte, Montana.  Vida was born on January 07, 1930, in Dunn Center, North Dakota, the daughter of Walter and Floris (Whitaker) Thrana.

Vida was employed in several Butte bakeries, which include Safeway's, Eddy's, and Albertson's.  Devout in her Christian faith, Vida also worked at the Christian Book Store and was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.  On September 11, 1960, Vida married William Howard Dean Abraham at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Butte.  He preceded her in death.  In her free time, Vida enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, William H.D. Abraham, Vida was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Floris Thrana, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Forest L. and Ruby Abraham; her daughter, Linda Beley; and son, Bruce Abraham.  She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Nibbler; and sons, Andy (Nancy) Abraham, Todd Abraham, Lloyd (Dannette) Abraham, and William D. "Bill" Abraham.  She is also survived by her sister, Karen Speck; and 8 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the Duggan Dolan Mortuary Chapel.  Interrment will take place on Wednesday at 1:00 PM in Mountain View Cemetery.
