At 52 years of age Timothy Joseph Bennett left us to finally relax and enjoy heaven with our Lord, his dad (Joe Bennett) and other family and friends.
He was born in Butte on December 11, 1963, the only son of Luanne and Paul Joseph Bennett, along with his five surviving sisters they truly were a lively bunch. At time he could be a man of few words, he truly loved his family so very much.
Tim was a Butte Central Graduate class of 1983, a hunter, fisherman and car builder in his younger years. He was a very busy guy, he worked at the Copper Hill Bar for his dad, he then bought the Big Butte Tavern in 1988 and lost it to a fire in the same year. He went to manage the Coast to Coast and later worked for CCCS until an injury and cancer forced an early retirement. In 1986 Tim met and fell in love with his wife of twenty-seven years, Donna and her two year old son Justin, in 1987 they had TJ and they were a happy family of four. Not a day passed where he didn't tell them he loved them.
He was preceded in death by his grandparent, his dad; Joe, sister; Connie died at birth and Bill and Tommy Bennett, close uncle: David Burns, Aunt; Kay Marie Page, father-inn-law; Russell Jones, grandmother-in-law; Pauline Regan and other family and friends.
In 2014 his first grandchild Hudson was born followed by his second; Gage in 2015. Tim is survived by his wife Donna, two sons; Justin (Heather), TJ (Whitney), two grandsons; Hudson Joe and Gage Lee. He is also survived by his mother; Luanne Bennett, mother-in-law; Cindy Jones, sisters; Cathy (Tom) Pomroy, Debbie Bennett (Chloe), Laurie (Dick) Wenzel, Christy Bennett and Adrian (Rob) Adams Bennett, sister-in-law; Tammy (Steve) Billson, Roberta Schutz, grandfather-in-law; Tom Regan and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Relatives and friends may call Monday after 10:00AM at the Chapel of Duggan Dolan Mortuary. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00AM in the Chapel. Rite of Committal will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
