Sheila Ann Boyle passed away on Monday, July 06, 2026, in Spokane, Washington.  She was born on February 23, 1950, in Butte, Montana, to James "Bud" and Eleanore "Nellie" (Murphy) Boyle.

Sheila attended local schools and graduated from Girls Central.  In the 1970's, she worked for Stauffer Chemical, before moving to Spokane, Washington, where she was employed by various businesses as a bookkeeper.

In the 1990's, Sheila moved to the family cabin at Canyon Ferry Lake, near Helena, Montana.  After living at the Lake for more than 20 years, she moved back to Spokane to attend to her sister, Rosemary,

Sheila had a talent for bookkeeping and worked as a Forensic Accountant, capable of finding mistakes and mismanagement many had missed.  When she wasn't busy pouring over the books, she was a talented knitter and an excellent cook and baker.

Sheila was preceded death by her parents; her sister, Rosemary Stewart; and an infant brother.  She is survived by her daughters, Julie Lynch-Franklinl and Liane Lynch, her grandchildren, Josh (Keonni) Harned, Ty, and Koby; and her great-grandchildren, Layla and Jerdon.  She is also survived by her brother, Bill (Marilyn) Boyle; her sister, Debbie Tolliver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall, located at 224 W. Park St.
