Rita Eileen Lynch Ross, known as "E," passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord on January 6, 2026. She was a woman of deep faith, a strong spirit, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

E graduated from Girls Central High School in 1964 and found great fulfillment in serving her community. She proudly worked for Hennessy's, Montana Power, and was a realtor for Homestead Realty. She also cherished her time volunteering at Our Lady of the Rockies, a place that held special meaning for her and reflected her love of service and devotion to others.

E embraced her Irish heritage and always looked forward to celebrating St. Patrick's Day. She was a true socialite who delighted in attending dinners and community functions, where she could visit with friends and share stories. Eileen had a natural warmth that drew people to her, and she cherished the connections she made throughout her life.

Above all, E found her greatest joy in her family. She had a bold personality and a gift for bringing people together wherever she went. Eileen's life was marked by generosity, resilience, and an appreciation for life's everyday blessings.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Margret Lynch, her sister Mary Lynch, and her husband Mike Ross. She is survived by her brother Jim Lynch, sister Darlene (Harry) Keltz, nieces Kim Keltz, Lynn Keltz, Joy Lynch, Jamie Jo Lynch, nephew Kraig (Gina) Keltz, and step children Mike (Maureen) Ross Jr and Terri Boyer who will forever remember her as a spunky Irish girl with a big personality and a heart that brought people together.

A service to honor E's life will be held on January 13th at 11:00 am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment will follow the service at Holy Cross Cemetery, followed by a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

Eileen will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on through the love she shared and the lives she touched. E, we hope you win big on the keno machines in heaven.
