With heavy hearts, we share that on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the age of 89, Patricia Louise Andrews (Mullins), fell asleep and entered the heavenly gates. Pati Lou, as she was nicknamed by her uncle Patrick, was blessed with and is survived by three children: Michael (Cathy), Suzie (Allen) and Sam (Penny), 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pati was able to enjoy her role as a grandmother for 45 years.

Pati was born in Butte, MT, on September 4, 1934 to Mary and Richard Mullins and grew up in Ramsay, MT with her older sister Irene. Pati loved life and everything it had to offer.

In her early years, she enjoyed ice skating and playing with her best friend Glenna Beck, who lived next door. Growing up, Pati was a good student who loved art and band, in which she was a twirler. She started tap dancing in third grade and danced through life until her legs wouldn't let her anymore. She passed on her love of music and dance, teaching her grandchildren to twirl a baton. Her favorite movie was The Sound of Music.

When she graduated from high school, Pati was supposed to head off to Colorado State Teachers College, but a young man named Sam Jankovich convinced her to marry him and took her on an adventure that spanned the country. They lived in Texas, Montana, Washington and Florida, living a life that few could dream of.

After Pati and Sam divorced in the early 1990s, she met her second husband, Ed Andrews, in Florida. Together they traveled and split their time between Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Ramsay, MT, where they lived in one of her childhood homes. There may not be two people who enjoyed a cruise ship more than Pati and Ed.

When we think of Pati, we will remember her smile and laughter that filled the room. She is now united with her family, friends and husband. May her memory be eternal.

A memorial service to honor Pati's life will take place on Friday, May 10 at 1:00 p.m. at Duggan Dolan Mortuary and Mountain View Cemetery in Butte. A Celebration of Life at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church Hall will follow.
