Mrs. Mary Louise "Mary Lou" Daly passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019, in St. James Healthcare. Mary Lou was born on May 05, 1953 in Butte, Montana, the daughter of Stanley G. and Estelle E. (Saari) Granger.

Mary Lou was educated in local schools and graduated from Butte High School in 1972. She was employed as a Dental Assistant for numerous Butte dentists. On July 21, 1973 she married Bill Daly, Sr. at Gold Hill Lutheran Church in Butte, Montana. They remained inseparable until the time of her death.

Montana was the perfect place for Mary Lou. She enjoyed floating, hunting, fishing, and camping, especially at her favorite camping spot at Big Swamp Creek. When not enjoying the great outdoors, she could be found sharing lunch and laughs with her girlfriends. However, of all her past times, her favorite was taking care of the love and light of her life; her grandson, Chase.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Estelle Granger. In addition to her husband of 46 years, Bill Daly, Sr., Mary Lou is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; Tracy and Jim Brown; her son and daughter-in-law, Bill Daly, Jr. and Becky Gulbro; her grandchildren, Chase, Colby and Mikayla; her great-grandchild, Cruz; her brothers and sisters-in-laws, Barry and Mary Granger, and Jack and Donna Granger; sister Barbara Dunne and the late Chuck Dunne, numerous nieces and nephews; and countless cherished friends, which include, Lisa Hayden, Renee Dinius, Cindy Costello and Ellen Mitchell.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 am in the Duggan Dolan Mortuary Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Breast Cancer research or treatment program of the donor' s choice.
