Marsha Cathleen Dudla passed away on April 20, 2021 at her residence in Butte.  Marsha was born on September 02, 1963 in Vallejo, California, the daughter of William "Bill" and Althea (Pont) Morgan.

Marsha was raised in Vallejo. California and had been living in Butte for the past 12 years, where she had been living with her best friend, Robert Noda.  Her daughter, Ashley, and her grandson were her neighbors.  With a very special bond, she was emotionally close to her grandson, as well as physically.  In 1989, Marsha suffered a devastating stroke, from which she not only survived, but thrived.  Paralyzed on her left side, she taught herself to walk and never let it bring her down, Even though she was from California, she was the epitome of "Butte Tough", surviving not only her stroke and it's debilitating effects, but several heart attacks.

Marsha will always be remembered as a very, strong, loving, caring, funny, and amazing woman, with a gentle personality, a giving nature, and gift for making people laugh.  The only friend she didn't have was the person she didn't meet.  Everyone who came into her life, quickly became family.  She had a talent for talking backwards and love to "Poking Smot", as she would say.  We lost so much in our lives with her passing, but our lives are sweeter for having her as a part of them.  She was so much like a butterfly; graceful, whimsical, funny.  We shall think of her every time we see one.

Marsha was preceded in death by her mother and father; and her son, Daniel Dudla.  She is survived by her children, and their spouses, Stephen and Cheralyn Dudla, Misty Dudla and Ricky Huggins, Nicholas Dudla, and Ashley Anderson; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Huggins, Jessica Dudla, Daniel Anderson, Adam and Bentley Dudla, Stacie Wallace, and Elijah Huggins. She is also survived by her brothers; Bernie, James, and Paul Morgan; numerous nieces and nephews; her former son-in-law, Steven Anderson, and numerous cherished friends, which include her Butte family, Steven, Kate, and Art Anderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held by her son, Stephen, in California.  A service for her friends in Butte will be held at a later time.
