Lois Marie Fischer died Sunday, April 26, 2020, in Gilbert, Arizona.

She was born on November 15, 1943, in Butte, Montana, to Madeline and Jack Casagranda. She graduated from Butte Central Girls Catholic High School in 1962.

Lois met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Fischer in Butte. They were married on May 18, 1963, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Lois had a deep faith in God and together with Bob built a strong loving family. They were looking forward to their 57 ^th wedding anniversary. Lois was a true Butte gal, the town was in her blood and she was proud to be from the Mining City.

Lois had an infectious personality and made everyone around her feel comfortable. She made strong friendships in Butte and Arizona. Lois enjoyed life in the moment and loved golfing, playing cards, picnics and celebrating every day with her family and friends. Her greatest pastime was cheering her grandchildren on in all of their activities. She was their loudest and proudest fan. After raising her family, she worked as a clerk at the Ben Franklin's store for 14 years until it closed. She then worked at Christie Transfer and Storage until her retirement. She and Bob enjoyed many years of snow birding in Casa Grande, Arizona. Lois was active in the Red Hat Society, multiple golf leagues and card clubs.

Lois and Bob were blessed with three children, Belinda, Rolene, and John.

Lois is survived by her loving husband, Bob of Butte; daughter and son-in-law Belinda and John Tierney; son, John Fischer; grandchildren, Brittney Tierney, Zach Tierney and Jacey Fischer; brother-in-laws Harry Mular, Jim and Ted Fischer and sister-in-law Joan Meyer, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Rolene; Parents, Madeline and Jack Casagranda; sister Mary Ann Mular; brother and sister-in-law Jack and Judy Casagranda; brother-in-laws Joe, Tom, Lawerence, Harold, and Raymond Fischer; sister-in-laws, Francis Schollmeyer, Matilda Medlock, Dorothy Magelky, Mary Watkins and her special friend Helen Fischer.

Memorials in Lois' name can be made to Our Lady of the Rockies or Montana View Social Development Center in Butte. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley, Gilbert, Arizona and Lois' many friends and family for their care and concern. Duggan Dolan Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements and will announce services at a later date.
