Kip Allen Svejkovsky, age 59, of North Platte, Nebraska, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, at his home.  Kip was born on November 05, 1964, in Butte, Montana.  He was the son of Pat "Fitz" and Jan Fitzpatrick.

Kip graduated from Butte High School and attended college at Montana Tech.  He was employed by several local businesses until he became blind as a result of Diabetes, a disability he had battled against since the age of 6.

He was the #1 fan of the Minnesota Vikings.  He also enjoyed working on cars and listening to sports.  Kip will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his mother.

Kip was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth; and his nephew, Justin Svejkovsky.  Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Jan and Pat Fitzpatrick; father, Kenneth "Sam" Svejkovsky; his partner, Laurie Truax; daughters, Amanda Svejkovsky (Robert), and Shaylene (Nick) Grisewood; brother, Kerry (Carrie) Svejkovsky; brother-in-law, Tag Ng; and grandchildren, Gavin, Bella, and Nora.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospital or the Foundation for the Blind.
