June Carolyn (Hensen) Inskip-Chandler passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at her residence in Butte with her daughter, Carolyn at her side.  June was born on July 24, 1940 in Hammett, Idaho, a small town located in Elmore County, the daughter of Carl Theodore and Cora Leora (Hill) Hensen

For many years June worked at the most demanding job possible, she was a homemaker.  She enjoyed taking care of her family and all the duties that entails.  In later years, she was employed as a dispatcher for the United States Forest Service.  She married Ralph Chandler, who preceded her in death in 1977.

In addition to her husband, Ralph, June was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother and sister, Teddy, Judy, and Connie.  She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jerry and Yalon Chandler of Aberdeen, Idaho, Steve and Carolyn Collins of Burke, Idaho, Dewayne and Kathi Chandler of Athol, Idaho, Larry and Teresa Chandler of Zenia, Ohio, Steven and Pam Chandler of Delzell, South Carolina, Christina Casablanca, and Jenny Zam Zow.  She is also survived by her brother, Dennis of Wisconsin; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
