Joan Eileen Eisenbarth, born April 11th, 1956, in Butte, Montana, passed away March 13th, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family. She was the daughter of Bill and Ruth (Phillips) Tourikis. She grew up in Butte, attending Emerson Elementary and graduating from Butte High School.

Joan met Carey Eisenbarth, her love of her life, at the age of fifteen. They married in Butte, Montana on January 30th, 1972. They recently celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary. Together, they were blessed with four daughters, eleven grandchildren and two great grandsons.

Joan worked for Town Pump, the Butte School District, and Montana Western Mental Health, where she was known for her kindness, dedication, and steady presence. Outside of work, she found joy in the Montana outdoors—camping, boating, and fishing with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sara Casagranda; parents, Bill and Ruth Tourikis; and parents‑in‑law, Mel and Donna Eisenbarth.

Joan is survived by her husband, Carey Eisenbarth; her children Jennifer Eisenbarth, Laura Eisenbarth, Patty and Andy Olson, and son‑in‑law Chris Casagranda. She leaves behind a large and loving family of grandchildren and their spouses: Cory Eisenbarth, Heidi Halvorsen, McKenzie Halvorsen, Jacob and Ashley Eisenbarth, Jared and Caleigh Haran, Soraya and Grady Snow, Cassie Casagranda, Jaile Maloughney and Kale Anzik, Briley and Noah Reynolds, Joslynn Haran, and Gage Haran. She is also survived by her sister Jean Tourikis and brother-in-law Steve Heck; brothers and sisters‑in‑law Tammy Helfert; Greg and Ora Eisenbarth; Tyson and Kim Christiansen; and her cherished great‑grandsons, Weston Lee and Wilder Haran; and numerous nieces and nephews

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Duggan Dolan Mortuary, located at 1805 Meadowlark Lane, Butte, Montana. A reception will be held directly after the service at the Front Street Station located at 800 Front Street, Butte, Montana.

Joan's legacy lives on in the family she nurtured, the friendships she built, and the countless moments of laughter, love, and adventure she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
