Joining her husband Tom for one last "cruise" 20 miles per hour below the speed limit, Ellen M. (Tracy) Kloker passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Continental Health and Rehabilitation in Butte.

Ellen Marie was born November 29, 1946 to Robert "Bob" and Bette "Liz" (McAndrews) Tracy. She was joined an hour and twenty minutes later by twin sister Bobbie.

Ellen was educated in the Anaconda Catholic Schools. She attended St. Peters Elementary and graduated from Anaconda Central High School in 1965. After high school, Ellen attended the Butte Business College.

On October 26, 1968 Ellen married her husband, Tom. They spent their lives together living and working in the Anaconda area. During their time together they raised sons Tom and Chris. Later they raised niece Keisha McNeil.

Ellen was proud of her work at the Anaconda Company. She remembered her years on the Smelter fondly. She retired from the Department of Family Services in November of 2011. Ellen also enjoyed her years as a waitress at Granny's.

In her younger years, Ellen enjoyed bowling with the ladies on Monday nights. She spent time starting MANY knitting projects and painting ceramics. Years after she retired Ellen was excited to learn bridge. In life, however, there was not much she enjoyed more than her Diet Pepsi, Kettle Chips, and keno machines.

Ellen was such a tough and proud Irish lady! In her life she was able to beat breast cancer, several heart attacks and strokes, and fought off a possible amputation of her foot! She battled all of these ailments head strong—fighting until the very end!

Ellen is survived by her sons Tom "Kloke" of Butte and Chris of Great Falls; special niece Keisha of Anaconda; twin sister Bobbie, and husband Bill Hiner, of Harlowton; brothers Pat, and wife Judy, Tracy and Mike Tracy of Anaconda; in-laws Dave and Donna Kloker of Park Grove, Madonna Furthmyre of Great Falls, Dottie and Lon Zimmerman of Anaconda, and Frank Pusich of Kalispell. Ellen also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends.

Preceding Ellen in death were her husband Tom; parents, Bob and Bette Tracy; in-laws Walter "Slick" and Letha Kloker; sisters-in-law Lolly Pusich and Rosie McNeil; and brother-in-law Roy Furthmyre.

The family would like to extend many thanks to the staff Continental Care and Rehabilitation staff, Anaconda Community Hospital, St. Patrick's Hospital, and the numerous Life-Flight and ambulance crew members she was able to meet in her journeys. An extra special thanks to cousin Bill Lovell for being so good to mom the last few months. She looked forward to your visits. Also thanks to Stevie Faulkner for getting our mother her Diet Pepsi in the home.

Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Holy Family Church. Visitation will begin at 10:30am, with a funeral at 11:30am. A memorial luncheon will take place after the service.
