Donna Rae (Macumber) Frodsham passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 20, 2019 at her home in Butte, where she most wanted to be after complications from a fall.

Donna was born on July 24, 1953, in Butte, to Roy Hansen and Jewell Craig. She met Jim Frodsham, the love of her life, on December 31, 1979.   They were married on September 09, 1990 in Butte. Jim took in all three of her children and raised them as his own. From then on they were known as "ma" and "pa". Donna was a homemaker most of her life and welcomed anyone who stumbled through her door. She loved to play Bingo, Pinochle, and Rummy. In her younger years, she also enjoyed her fair share of Peppermint Schnapps, but that never stopped her from being a beautiful, kind, compassionate, caring, giving, and wonderful soul. She was also a very crafty lady and loved to make ceramics and plastic canvases, gifts which she showered upon everyone around her. She loved her children, grandchildren, and family deeply and was proud of them all. She has left her footprint on so many hearts. Very few called her by name. She was our "Ma" and our "Nana". Although she was challenged with her share of health problems during the past couple of years, she never complained and was always smiling and thankful. She was a warrior and Heaven has welcomed a very special angel.

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, James Frodsham; their three children, David (Kaley) Macumber, and Stacy Nixon, both of Butte, and Jess (Kim) Nixon of Sheridan, Wyoming; her sister, Jodi (Tony) Sisneros; her aunt, Evelyn Craig; her adopted children, Michael Jensen-Frodsham and Skyla (Clarence) Parsons-Cox; all of Butte; her grandchildren, Kesha Kellar of Butte, Alexis Waddell of Wisconsin, Lanita (Tyler) Kimmel of Colorado; D.J., Mercedes, and Riley Macumber, and Dakota Morrison, all of Butte; and her 6 great-grandchildren, Ryker, Malix, Paxon, Ryder, Harper, Levi. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all the friends that became family that she touched deeply.

Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Jewell "Granny" Craig; her father, Roy Hansen; and her brothers, David and Don Macumber.

Please join the family for a celebration of Donna's life which will be a Pot Luck on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the Eastside Athletic Club. Floral tributes may be sent directly to the Eastside Athletic Club on that day. Duggan Dolan Mortuary has been entrusted with cremation.
