Mrs. Dolores Jane Duhame passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Bee Hive Assisted Living in Butte, Montana.  She was born on June 02, 1930 in Butte, the daughter of James and Edith (Stefani) Bertoglio.

Dolores grew up in Meaderville, living in an apartment above her father's store, The Miner's Market.  She attended Holy Savior Parochial School, in Meaderville, and Butte High School.  Beginning in the mid-1960's, Dolores was employed as a Department Head at Hennesy's Department Store until the store's closing.  After Hennesy's closed she worked at Taste of Lace.  She also was employed, well into her 80's, as a receptionist at Kissock Realty.

On New Year's Eve, December 31, 1949, Dolores married Russell Lawrence Duhame in Butte.  Russell preceded her in death in October of 1981.

Dolores lived her life by the three F's; Faith, Family and Friends.  A devout Catholic, she attended Mass faithfully and held a special affection for the Blessed Virgin Mary.  Wherever she traveled, her Rosary was always with her.  Even with her active lifestyle. Dolores enjoyed cooking meals and decorating her home for holidays, especially Christmas.  For all her pursuits and pastimes, the most important aspect of Dolores' life was her family.  From children. grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to nieces and nephews, her family was the center of her world.

In addition to her husband, Dolores was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Ed Bertoglio; her sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Wesley Duhame; nephews, John and Ralph Duhame; and her niece, Barbara Duhame.   She is survived, and will be greatly missed, by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dan Duhame, Don and Aggie Duhame, Doug Duhame, and Dave and Jacquie Duhame; her grandchildren, Chris Duhame (Jill Kormylo), Mick (Ri) Duhame, Mark (Danille) Duhame, Megen (Nic) Varacalli, and Ben Duhame; and her great-grandchildren, Presley Duhame, Brooklyn and Charlie Duhame, Owen and Axel Duhame, and Vivia and Cienna Varacalli.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, which include, Janice Goody, Bob Duhame, and Jim Duhame.

The family wishes to extend a warm thank you to the staff of Bee Hive Assisted Living and Bee Hive Hospice for the loving, compassionate, care they provided to Dolores.

Friends may call on Wednesday, July 09, 2025, after 10:00 am in Holy Spirit Catholic Church.  Parish Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, followed by the Rite of Committal at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
