Charles "Chuck" Edwin Ledgerwood passed away on December 31st, 2024. He was doing what he loved doing. At the time Chuck was facing some significant health conditions in the face of Parkinson's and epilepsy he fought valiantly. He was born in Chandler Oklahoma on May 8th, 1967, to his parents Jimmie and Carolyn Ledgerwood.

He married Shanna Avery on September 23rd, 1988, in St. George Utah. He had a lengthy education in computers and web designing. He carried high grades all the way through this Master's Degree of web design.  He had a varied work background his entire life. He was a paperboy, flower shop, onion factory worker, Carl's Jr., maintenance man for Oklahoma Mall, telephone advertising, service master, locating Utilities, President of a locating business, he was awarded Utah's top 100 business, taxidermy, and handcrafted wood fishing equipment.

He had many hobbies in his life. He loved being outdoors. Fishing and backpacking were the big loves until we moved to Montana. Gold prospecting became his passion. His greatest love was bringing family and friends and sharing those experiences. He became president of the Mining City Gold Club.

Chuck and Shanna started their family in St. George Utah. 20 years ago, their family of 5 moved to Montana. Which include 2 grown sons and a grown daughter with her own family. Chuck will be missed by all.

Chuck is survived by his wife (Shanna Avery Ledgerwood) his daughter and family Teresa Ledgerwood McNabb (Jeremy McNabb, Keegan and Zoey Anne McNabb) his sons Tyler and Tristan Ledgerwood. His parents Jimmie and Carolyn Ledgerwood, Mother-in-law (Carol Sample). His siblings Greg (D'awn) Ledgerwood, Alicia (Jeramie) Jones. Shann's siblings Shon (Shannon) Avery, Joe Avery and family. Host of nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death Michael Avery father-in-law, Kandra Martinez sister-in-law, Alina Cornman Sister-in-law and other loved ones.

Celebration of life will take place on Monday January 6th, 2025, at Journey Church at 2pm. In lieu of flowers send donations to Mining City Gold Club. Donations can be sent to:
