Carol Jean Bouley passed peacefully February 11,2022 at St James Healthcare. She was born on Groundhog Day, February 2,1942 to Della Bowdler. She spent the majority of her life in Butte, Montana. Carol graduated from Butte High School and then started her career at many different occupations during her life. One of her favorites was at the Donna Belle Drive In where she met her husband of 59 years, Ben Bouley. Together they raised their three children at the family home on Garfield Street.

Carol ran a daycare for years caring for many children which she loved dearly. They then ventured out to owning a number of their own businesses. Carol's Coffee Cup Café, The Pub n Grub, The Chaparral and Thors. She finished her working career at the Town Pump at Rocker where she worked for 15 years.

Ben and Carol had an undying love for animals. The raised Miniature Poodles, Samoyeds, Golden Retrievers and cats. For many years they owned beautiful exotic birds.

Carol was preceded in death by her mother Della, son Brian, daughter Michelle, sister in law Barbara LaPier-Thompson and other dear relatives.

She is survived by her husband Ben, son Ben(Karen), granddaughters Alyssa, Shelby and Erynne Bouley. Grandson Wade Bouley, stepson Tony Lewis, brother Ken(Betty) Herrly, niece Robin LaPier as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call from 12 noon to 1:00pm Friday in St. Ann's Church for visitations. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm. Rite of Committal will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
