Brenda Marie King, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away suddenly on March 2, 2022 at St. James Hospital.  Brenda was born on July 31, 1964 in Butte, Montana to Stanford and Hilda (Pleinis) King.  She was the youngest of 8 children.

Brenda attended Butte High School and worked numerous jobs as a cook and housekeeper.  Later in life she was a homemaker.

Brenda is survived by her significant person, Calvin Cole, and two children, son, Joey King and daughter Ashley Phillips and 8 grandchildren.  She, also, leaves behind brothers, Robert (Cheri) King of Butte, MT, Doug (Francie) King of Sheridan, MT, Dennis King of Las Vegas, NV, sisters, Marion Bauer of Cardwell, MT, Tonie Boehm of Missoula, MT, Diane LaBuff of Butte, MT, Carol Martin of Missoula, MT and numerous nieces and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law, Lori King, brothers-in-law Bill Bauer, Ralph Boehm, Tom "Red" Martin, and nephews Tommy Martin and Junior Boehm.

There will be a visitation Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 1:00pm-3:00pm in the Duggan Dolan Mortuary Chapel.  A reception will follow at The Finlen Hotel.
