Beverlee Marie York, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 9th surrounded by family. She was 78 years old.

Bev was a dedicated employee of Northwestern Energy (formerly Montana Power Company) for 43 years. She began her career as a telephone operator and rose through the ranks to become a respected contract administrator. Her professional achievements were matched by her personal accomplishments, including attaining the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster designation.

Bev was particularly close to her siblings, Bob Granger, Cynthia (Bruce) Evans, and Glen (Linda) Granger, as well as their children and grandchildren. She was a kind and compassionate soul who cherished her many chapters of friendships. She formed deep bonds with her dear friends, including Ann Marie "Shovie" Field, Terri Kilmer, and the members of her breakfast club. The entire staff and residents of The Springs Living, especially Andrew, Tonya, and Julie, held a special place in her heart.

She is survived by her loving children, Bob (Holly) York and Brandi (Izzy) Green and step-grandchildren Braydi (Josh) Knight and Bryli (Brodie) Arnold and their children.

Beverlee was preceded in death by her husband, Bob York, granddaughter, Bobbi Jo York,, and parents Robert and Kathleen Granger, as well as several dear friends.

Friends may call on Monday after 10:00 am in St. Ann's Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Believe Sorini Strong Foundation, Pintler Pets, or a local charity of your choice.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their love, support, and kind words during this difficult time. We have missed a name or two or more; she had a wide circle of loved ones.
