Surrounded by his family, Arthur Ray Zitting passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Arthur was born in Butte, Montana on May 7, 1957, the son of Eugenia (Henderson) and Donald Zitting, Sr.

Before retiring, Art worked as a Psychiatric Technician at the Montana Developmental Center (MDC) in Boulder, Montana. He enjoyed camping, travelling, and spending time with his family.

Art was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gary Zitting and Donald Zitting, Jr.; sisters, Betty Zitting and Carol Thompson; and brother-in-law, Charles E. Thompson. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Zitting; daughters, Elizabeth Zitting and Laura (A.J.) Billiu; nieces, Sherril (Keith) Johnston, Arrene (Jon) Zitting-Myers, and Chrissy (Derrick) Cowan; and nephews, Jamey Thompson and Charlie Thompson.

Cremation has taken place, and no services are planned at this time. Duggan Dolan Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements.
