Alice Clare MacMillan

February 19, 1932 – November 01, 2021

On November 1, 2021 our mother, Alice Clare MacMillan, joined our father in heaven. Born on February 19, 1932, to Mary Theresa (Boynan) and Thomas Patrick "Tity" Mulcahy, Alice was the 5 ^th of 12 children and attended St. Mary's Grade School before graduating from Girl's Central in 1950.

Alice married Robert Leonard "Mac" MacMillan at St Mary's Church on September 7, 1957, and together they raised 6 children. Alice worked as a switchboard operator at the Federal Building before transferring to the MEPS Center in Butte until her retirement in 1998.

Mom and Dad spent time with their family and friends enjoying time at the Columbia Gardens, weekend camping trips, and holiday get-togethers with the Mondloch's, Kambich's, Quinn's, and Diacich's.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband Mac; parents; in-laws Leonard and Margaret MacMillan, and Lois and Lewis Snow; sisters and brothers-in-law Marie (Pete) Cassidy, Cass (Ed) Rosich; brothers Tom, Rich (Helen), Bill, Maurice (Diane), and Mickey and brother in-law Donald MacMillan.

Alice is survived by her children Tim, Lynn (Pat Callaghan), Margie, Kim Hinneman, Jim (Cori), and John; Grandchildren Tara, Cody (Erica), and Stevlyn Stillwagon; Luke (Alexa Mitchell), Rian (Blake) Kraus, and Cameran (Daniel Kloepfel); Great Grandchildren, Hope, Olivia, Riddick, Makayla, Jayda, Tryston, Lincoln and baby Kraus. Alice is also survived by siblings Betty Jo Houchin, Eileen (Brian) Tierney, Colleen (Don) Griffith, and Marty (Kay) Mulcahy; sisters-in-law Elizabeth MacMillan, Jo Mulcahy, Dannette Mulcahy, and Carol Mulcahy as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the nurses at Frontier Hospice for their generous care- giving the past few months.

Friends may call on Friday, November 05, 2021, after 10:00 am in St. Ann's Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal will follow in the Columbarium at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. When you think of our Mom, enjoy a cup of nice tea!
