On July 3, 1992, our little firecracker Aaron Anthony McArthur entered this world with a bang joining his loving parents, Heather Rowe and Mark McArthur. On the evening of that day, Heather stood holding him tenderly by the hospital window showing him the fireworks and telling him the whole city was celebrating his arrival. That bright light was extinguished on September 8, 2025, leaving a black hole in the lives of all those who loved him so much.

Aaron attended West Elementary and East Middle School and then graduated from Butte High School in 2011. Over the span of his school days, he made many, many life-long friends. After graduating, he went on to work a variety of jobs eventually going into the flooring business alongside his dad. Working together, side by side they formed an even stronger dad and son bond.

Look up the Denver Broncos and there just might be a picture of Aaron as one of their most avid fans. Game Day or actually almost any day, you could see Aaron proudly clad in his Broncos gear. He could often be found cheering on the Broncos with his cousin Travis and their fur buddy Titus. They were quite the threesome.

Under the guidance of his basketball coach, Pat Kissell, Aaron (aka Sticks) found a true love of the sport. He was always the most competitive player on the court; except, perhaps, when he was up against his little sister, Aryana. She could always give him a run for his money. After an intense game with Aryana, he would head indoors for a tea party with Havyn.

Summer would find Aaron on a dirt bike, four wheeler or skateboard; somehow, mastering all of them. When winter rolled around, out came the snowboard. Even with all the new tricks he was anxious to learn, he lovingly took the time to teach little Keenan the art of snowboarding. With all the patience in the world and his selfless attitude, he had Keenan riding that snowboard in one day.

Even with their huge age gap, Aaron relished making sure that Xander had the perfect Halloween costume, and gladly took him trick or treating.

When his baby sister, Ireland, was born, he tentatively held her and told his dad that he definitely wasn't ready for one of his own. Mark breathed a sigh of relief at this revelation. As Ireland grew, Aaron's love for her flourished.

Waiting to greet him in Heaven were his grandmother, Rose Marie McArthur, his baby brother, Tanner Alexander, his great grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Aaron leaves behind his heartbroken mom, Heather Rowe-Holland (Junier Sarduy), and his grief stricken dad, Mark McArthur. He will be great missed by his siblings – Aryana, Havyn, Xander, Keenan and Ireland. Also surviving are his grandparents, Larry Rowe, Mary Rowe, and Virginia Morse. He was blessed to be loved by his aunts and uncles: Dawn and Ken Riding, Monica and Fred Jaurez, Loretta and Craig Rowe, Brett Stearns, Melissa Campbell, Lori and Matt Clyde and Heather and Larry Rowe, Jr. He also leaves behind several great aunts and uncles and a whole slew of cousins. And, of course, his faithful to the end fur baby, Titus.

Services will be conducted at Duggan Dolan Mortuary at noon on Monday, September 22, 2025 with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. A reception to celebrate Aaron's life will be held immediately following at the Suites 6 Motel, formerly the War Bonnet Inn, 2100 Cornell Ave..
